NAC447.280. Tableware: Approval of facilities, devices or procedures for cleaning and sanitizing.

The appropriate health authority may approve any type of facility, device or procedure for cleaning and sanitizing tableware if the hotel operator shows that it is effective and reliable for that purpose.
