NAC447.350. Persons ineligible to work in hotels.
Latest version.
- A person who:
1. Has a communicable disease;
2. Is a carrier of a communicable disease; or
3. Has a boil, an infected wound or any acute respiratory infection,
Ê may not work in a hotel if there is a likelihood that he will transmit the disease to any other person.
