NAC449.39556. Subsequent violation on resurvey: Rebuttable presumption; imposition of sanction.

If the same violation is found on a resurvey, there is a rebuttable presumption that the violation continued through the period between the survey and resurvey. A sanction may be imposed for a subsequent violation only if the resurvey is made and the violation is again actually found to be present.
