NAC449.99857. Classifications of severity and scope of deficiencies: Use.

In determining the sanctions to be imposed, the Bureau shall consider the severity and scope of the deficiencies according to the classifications of severity and scope described in NAC 449.99858 to 449.99861, inclusive.
