NAC449.99865. Determination of appropriate sanction: Initial assessment.

The Bureau shall initially assess individual deficiencies or clusters of deficiencies according to the following initial factors:

     1. The presence or absence of an immediate and serious threat to the health and safety of residents;

     2. The severity of the deficiency; and

     3. The scope of the deficiency.
