NAC450B.148. “Intermediate emergency care” defined.

“Intermediate emergency care” means care which includes, in addition to the activities of basic emergency care, invasive procedures and the administration of certain medications for acute life-threatening conditions under the supervision of a physician or a registered nurse supervised by a physician.
