NAC450B.180. “Patient” defined.

Latest version.

“Patient” means any person who is sick, injured, wounded, or otherwise incapacitated or helpless and who is carried in an ambulance or air ambulance or is cared for at the scene of an emergency by a basic, intermediate or advanced emergency medical technician.
