NAC450B.529. Endorsement: Investigation of applicant; issuance or rejection.

  • After receiving an application for an endorsement to operate a service or fire-fighting agency at the level of intermediate or advanced care, or both, the Health Division shall, within 30 days after the receipt:

         1. Have an investigation made of the applicant’s proposed operations and the information contained in the application; and

         2. Upon completion of the investigation, issue an endorsement authorizing the requested level of operations or a written rejection of the application on any ground prescribed in this chapter, setting forth the reasons for the rejection and notifying the applicant of the right to appeal pursuant to NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.
