NAC450B.695. Certificate revoked, terminated or suspended under certain circumstances not eligible for renewal.

Latest version.

A person whose certificate was revoked, terminated or suspended pursuant to disciplinary action at the time the certificate expired may not apply for a renewal of the certificate pursuant to NAC 450B.425.
