NAC450B.710. Notice to applicant of rejection of permit, endorsement or license.

If any application for:

     1. A permit to operate a service or fire-fighting agency, including a volunteer service or agency;

     2. An endorsement authorizing emergency care at the level of intermediate or advanced emergency care; or

     3. A license as an attendant of such a service or fire-fighting agency,

Ê is rejected by the Health Division for the applicant’s failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter, the applicant must be notified of the action, the reasons for the rejection and the applicant’s right of appeal pursuant to NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.
