NAC452.100. Pointings.

After stonework is completed, all joints must be brushed, cleaned thoroughly, wet and carefully filled with mortar, solidly packed and pointed. Mortar for pointing must be composed of one part lime putty, two parts white Monterey sand or its equivalent, and two parts nonstaining Portland cement.
