NAC453A.350. Grounds for disciplinary action.

1. A violation of any of the provisions of NAC 453A.300 to 453A.720, inclusive, is grounds for disciplinary action by the Division, including, without limitation, immediate revocation of a medical marijuana establishment registration certificate pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 453A.340.

2. A violation of any of the provisions of NAC 453A.300 to 453A.720, inclusive, is grounds for disciplinary action by the Division, including, without limitation, immediate revocation of a medical marijuana establishment agent registration card pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 453A.342.
