NAC453A.428. Establishment responsible for costs incurred in cleaning up, mitigating or remedying environmental damage.

- A medical marijuana establishment is responsible to the State or a local governmental entity for all costs incurred by the State or local governmental entity in cleaning up, mitigating or remedying any environmental damage caused by the medical marijuana establishment.
