NAC453A.700. Certain public employees prohibited from having financial interest in or being employed by or volunteering at medical marijuana establishment.

No employee of this State who is responsible for implementing or enforcing the provisions of this chapter or chapter 453A of NRS may have a direct or indirect financial interest in a medical marijuana establishment or be employed by or volunteer at a medical marijuana establishment.
