NAC453A.702. Duties of Division regarding fees, revenue and gifts and grants.

Latest version.

     1. The Division will, at least annually, consider:

     (a) The maximum fees set forth in NRS 453A.344 and NAC 453A.352;

     (b) The revenue received from such fees; and

     (c) The gifts and grants received by the Division pursuant to NRS 453A.720.

     2. Based on its evaluation conducted pursuant to subsection 1, the Division may reduce the fees set forth in NAC 453A.352 at such times as, in its judgment, the Division considers a reduction equitable in relation to ensuring that the fees are revenue neutral and reflecting the gifts and grants received by the Division pursuant to NRS 453A.720.
