NAC457.030. Severability.

Latest version.

If any of the provisions of NAC 457.010 to 457.150, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, the State Board of Health intends that such invalidity not affect the remaining provisions or applications to the extent that they can be given effect.
