NAC457.297. Postponement of expiration of certificate for machine during review of application to renew.

If an operator of a facility submits an application to renew his or her certificate for a machine and the appropriate fee to the Health Division at least 30 days before the expiration of the certificate, the certificate will not expire until the Health Division determines the status of the application.
