NAC458.012. “Administrative program” defined.

Latest version.

“Administrative program” means a program that provides services which support prevention programs and treatment programs, including, without limitation, a program which serves as a clearinghouse for information relating to the prevention or treatment of substance-related disorders, a program which provides services relating to training to assist persons with substance-related disorders and a program which provides information or support to assist in the recovery of a person with a substance-related disorder.
