  • “Evaluation center program” means a program which evaluates a person pursuant to NRS 484C.350 in a facility certified by the Health Division to determine whether the person is an abuser of alcohol or another drug through evaluations conducted by:

         1. An alcohol and drug abuse counselor who is licensed or certified pursuant to chapter 641C of NRS to conduct such evaluations; or

         2. A physician who is certified to conduct such evaluations by the Board of Medical Examiners.
