NAC458.054. “Program” defined.

Latest version.

“Program” means any program certified by the Health Division to address substance-related disorders, including, without limitation:

     1. An administrative program;

     2. A coalition program;

     3. A drug court program;

     4. An evaluation center program;

     5. A prevention program; and

     6. A treatment program.
