NAC458.103. Certification required to receive funding from Health Division.

A program must be certified by the Health Division to be eligible for any state or federal money for alcohol and drug abuse programs administered by the Health Division pursuant to chapter 458 of NRS for the prevention or treatment of substance-related disorders.
