NAC458.361. Health Division: Acceptance of complaints; authority to inspect premises and request information.

The Health Division shall accept complaints against programs in person, in writing, over the phone or by electronic means. The Health Division may enter the premises of a program and inspect the premises or request additional information from the program at any time.
