NAC459.055. “Occupational exposure” defined.

Latest version.

“Occupational exposure” means exposure of a person:

1. In a restricted area; or

2. In the course of employment in which the person’s duties involve exposure from sources of radiation, whether in the possession of the licensee, registrant or any other person.
