NAC459.06495. “Principal activities” defined.

Latest version.

“Principal activities” means the activities authorized by a license which are essential to achieving the purpose for which the license was issued or amended. The term does not include:

1. Storage during which no licensed material is accessed for use; or

2. Disposal and activities incidental to decontamination or decommissioning.
