NAC459.0885. “Residual waste” defined.

Latest version.

“Residual waste” means low-level radioactive waste resulting from processing or decontamination that, because it cannot be easily separated into distinct batches attributable to individual waste generators, is attributed to the processor or decontamination facility, as applicable.
