NAC459.118. Applicability.

The provisions of NAC 459.010 to 459.950, inclusive, apply to all persons who receive, possess, use, transfer, own or acquire any source of radiation except as otherwise specifically provided in NAC 459.010 to 459.950, inclusive. Nothing in NAC 459.010 to 459.950, inclusive, applies to any person to the extent he or she is subject to regulation by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
