NAC459.160. Registration certificate: Renewal.

Latest version.

1. An application for renewal of registration must be filed in accordance with NAC 459.154.

2. If a registrant files an application for renewal of his or her registration accompanied by the appropriate fee at least 10 days before its expiration, his or her registration does not expire until the status of his or her registration has been determined by the Division.
