NAC459.287. Manufacturer or distributor of devices: Provision of record of final disposition of bankruptcy proceeding.

If a person licensed pursuant to NAC 459.282 is required to provide notice of a bankruptcy proceeding pursuant to subsection 3 of NAC 459.198, the licensee shall, upon request of the Division, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or the equivalent agency of an agreement state, provide a record of the final disposition of the bankruptcy proceeding to the requesting agency.
