NAC459.3673. Records of disposal of waste.

Each licensee shall maintain records of the disposal of licensed radioactive materials made pursuant to the provisions of NAC 459.010 to 459.950, inclusive, including any burial authorized before April 27, 1984. The licensee shall retain the records required by this section until the Division terminates each license or registration requiring the records.
