NAC459.550. Scope.

NAC 459.400 to 459.624, inclusive, establishes requirements, binding upon registrants, for use of X-ray equipment by prescription from or under the supervision of a person authorized by and licensed in accordance with state statutes to engage in the healing arts or veterinary medicine. Those sections are in addition to other applicable provisions of NAC 459.010 to 459.794, inclusive.
