NAC459.8095. Application for license: Financial information.

An applicant for a license to operate a disposal area must submit to the Division financial information which is sufficient to demonstrate that the finances of the applicant are adequate to carry out the activities for which the license is sought and meet the financial requirements in NAC 459.8115 to 459.813, inclusive.
