NAC459.8115. Financial requirements: Demonstration of ability to obtain necessary money.

Each applicant must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Division that it possesses or has a reasonable likelihood of obtaining the necessary money, to cover the estimated costs of conducting all licensed activities over the planned operating life of the disposal area, including costs of construction and disposal.
