NAC459.815. Conduct of operations: Standards for protection from radiation.

The licensee must conduct operations at the disposal area in compliance with the standards for protection from radiation set forth in NAC 459.320 to 459.374, inclusive, except for releases of radioactivity in effluents from the disposal area which are governed by the provisions of NAC 459.8155. The licensee must make reasonable efforts to keep exposures to radiation as low as is reasonably achievable.
