NAC459.963. Clarification of regulations.

1. An interested party may obtain clarification of any of the provisions of NAC 459.960 to 459.969, inclusive, by directing a request to the Executive Director of the Agency at the following address:

2. If the requester is dissatisfied with the response of the Executive Director, he or she may petition the Commission for such clarification. In order to be heard at its next regularly scheduled meeting, the petition must be received by the Commission in time to be included as an item on the agenda for that meeting.
