NAC459.99153. Quarterly financial reports.

Unless a financial report is submitted pursuant to NAC 459.99151 or 459.99152, a local emergency planning committee must submit to the Commission a quarterly financial report. The quarterly financial report must be submitted on a form approved by the Commission not later than 30 days after the last day of the quarter indicating that no expenditures were made during that quarter.
