NAC461.350. Liability for cost of removal or replacement of material during inspection.

Neither the Division nor the inspector is liable for any expense which may be entailed by the removal or replacement of any material if:

     1. The removal or replacement is required to allow inspection;

     2. The requirement is reasonable; and

     3. An alternative method of inspection is not acceptable.
