“Service” and “servicing” means:

1. Maintenance of portable fire extinguishers or fixed extinguishing systems in accordance with applicable adopted standards, including all charging, filling, recharging, refilling, repairing, installing, hydrostatic testing and tagging by a licensed company or a holder of a certificate of registration.

2. Servicing of protective signaling systems and automatic sprinkler systems and components in accordance with adopted standards and may include maintenance, installation, repairing, restoration, inspections and tests by a licensed company or a holder of a certificate of registration.
