NAC477.275. Compliance with intent of chapter.

Latest version.

Where no specific standards or requirements are specified in this chapter or contained within other applicable statutes, ordinances or bylaws, or within other codes or regulations adopted by the State Fire Marshal, compliance with the applicable standards of the N.F.P.A. or other nationally recognized fire safety standards approved by the State Fire Marshal is prima facie evidence of compliance with the intent of this chapter.
