NAC482.065. Circumstances under which required.

A licensed dealer shall not exhibit, display for sale or sell a vehicle at a temporary location without first obtaining a temporary license issued by the Department pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 482.327 for each temporary location at which he or she intends to exhibit, display for sale or sell a vehicle.
