NAC483.085. Denial of application and renewal in person.

The Department will deny an application for the renewal of an identification card by mail and require the applicant to renew his or her identification card in person at an office of the Department if:

     1. The applicant wishes to change or correct any information on the identification card pursuant to NAC 483.055 to 483.070, inclusive;

     2. The applicant’s identification card has been stolen, lost or destroyed; or

     3. The Department has not obtained the applicant’s digital image and signature required for the production of a renewed identification card.
