  • “Third-party certifier” means a person registered with the Department pursuant to NAC 483.140 to certify the driving ability of an employee of any person who owns or leases a commercial motor vehicle or assigns employees to operate such a vehicle. The term includes, without limitation, a third-party examiner and a third-party tester, as those terms are used in 49 C.F.R. § 383.75.
