NAC483.700. Return of licenses.

Latest version.

The holder of a license issued pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 483.340 must return the license to the Department immediately upon:

1. Completion of the investigation for which it was issued; or

2. Termination of the holder’s participation in the investigation.
