NAC489.313. Verification of licensing required before issuance of certificate of installation or matching label.

An authorized inspection agency shall not issue a certificate of installation or matching label required by NAC 489.405 without verifying that the installation work being inspected was done by a person licensed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 489 of NRS.
