  • “Advertisement” means any oral or printed statement disseminated by the seller or lessor of an off-highway vehicle to induce, or which is likely to induce, the purchase or lease of the off-highway vehicle, including, but not limited to, a statement:

         1. Made in a newspaper or other publication or on radio or television;

         2. Set forth in any notice, handbill, sign, catalog or letter; or

         3. Printed on any tag or label attached to or accompanying the off-highway vehicle.
