NAC490.021. “Authorized representative” defined.

Latest version.

“Authorized representative” means a person designated by a principal owner or officer of a business at which a sale or lease of an off-highway vehicle for which the documentation and fees required to be submitted pursuant to NAC 490.300 to 490.315, inclusive, occurs.
