NAC490.075. Form for authorization of disclosure of financial records.

     1. An authorization for the disclosure of financial records required by the Department pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 490.310 must be submitted on a form furnished by the Department pursuant to NAC 490.085.

     2. In addition to the requirements of NRS 239A.090, the form will include, without limitation, a statement that the financial records and any information concerning the financial records:

     (a) Will only be used to assist the Division of Compliance Enforcement of the Department to determine the suitability of an applicant or licensee for initial or continued licensure pursuant to NRS 490.200 to 490.430, inclusive; and

     (b) Will not be disclosed or disseminated to any person other than an employee of the Department who is authorized to issue a license to an applicant pursuant to NRS 490.200 to 490.430, inclusive, or to determine the suitability of an applicant or a licensee for such licensure.
