NAC501.179. Dismissal upon failure of appellant to appear.

  • If an appellant fails to appear at a hearing after receiving adequate notice of the hearing and the appellant does not show good cause for the failure to appear at the hearing, the Commission may dismiss the appeal with prejudice. An appeal that is dismissed pursuant to this section may not be reconsidered by the Commission. The dismissal of an appeal pursuant to this section is a final decision for purposes of judicial review.
