NAC502.117. “Resident Native American” interpreted.

  • As used in NRS 502.280, the Commission will interpret “resident Native American” to mean a Native American who is an enrolled member or eligible to become an enrolled member of a Nevada Native American reservation or colony and who has been physically present in this State, with the intention of making this State his or her permanent home, for at least 6 months immediately preceding his or her application for a free hunting and fishing license.
