NAC502.220. Issuance of licenses to members of Armed Forces who are residents of Nevada.

Licenses must be issued, pursuant to NRS 502.290, to members of the Armed Forces of the United States who are bona fide residents of Nevada, but not stationed in this State. An applicant must exhibit evidence of his or her duty assignment or show leave papers to the license agent before a license is issued to the applicant.
