NAC502.4293. Eligibility to apply.

Latest version.

A person who is ineligible to apply for a tag pursuant to NAC 502.341, 502.345, 502.361 or 502.364 may, if he or she is otherwise eligible for the issuance of a tag, apply for a Silver State Tag for a species or subspecies specified in those sections.
